Booking runs on our scheduling page, so you can see what is actually free and take it. A model number and a sentence about the fault is usually enough for us to load the right part before setting off — the difference between one visit and two.

  1. Pick your slot Day and arrival window, chosen by you on the booking page. Tell it which Wolf appliance is playing up and roughly what it is doing — that is usually enough for us to load the likely parts before setting off.
  2. We confirm by text You get a real two-hour window and the name of the technician who will be at the door — never an all-day wait and a shrug.
  3. Measured, then priced The visit is a $89 service call. Gas pressure, element and sensor resistance, board voltages — measured, not guessed. You get the part and labour price before anything is opened up, and the service call comes off the total in full if you approve the repair.

Four things, done properly

What we work on

Wolf cooking equipment only. That narrowness is the point — the same four platforms, every day, so the failure patterns are familiar before we open the door.

  • Freestanding stainless gas range with the oven door lowered, a burner taken apart and an oven rack set aside

    Range Repair

Dual-fuel and all-gas Wolf ranges — burners, igniters, gas valves, oven control and the sealed burner assemblies under the grates.

    • Sealed burner and igniter rebuilds
    • Gas valve and pressure regulator work
    • Dual-fuel oven calibration
    Symptoms and pricing
  • Open oven cavity of a stainless gas range, racks removed and a wrench on a towel on the floor beside it

    Oven Repair

Wolf E series and M series wall ovens and range ovens: heating faults, error codes, door locks, convection motors and control boards.

    • Bake, broil and convection element replacement
    • Temperature sensor drift testing
    • Door latch and self-clean lockouts
    Symptoms and pricing
  • Close view of a gas cooktop with one sealed burner disassembled, its cap set aside next to a wrench

    Cooktop Repair

Wolf gas, electric radiant and induction cooktops — igniters, spark modules, element boards, touch controls and downdraft integration.

    • Induction generator and cooling fan faults
    • Radiant element and relay board testing
    • Spark module and burner cap alignment
    Symptoms and pricing
  • Repair tools laid out on a cloth: screwdrivers, nut drivers, pliers, a wire brush, screws and brackets

    Range Hood Repair

Wolf pro, wall and island hoods — blower motors, speed controls, halogen and LED lighting, and ducting that has stopped moving air.

    • Blower motor and wheel balancing
    • Speed control and touch panel repair
    • Duct restriction and airflow checks
    Symptoms and pricing

How a call runs

Three steps, no surprises in between

  1. Stainless gas range with the oven door open, a burner apart on the cooktop and a wrench on the counter

    Book the slot

Take a two-hour window on the booking page — about a minute. Model number if you have it, plus what the appliance is actually doing. That is usually enough to know which parts to load before we set out.

  2. Open oven cavity with a rack pulled out and a wrench on a towel resting on the oven door

    Diagnose on site

A real two-hour arrival window, not a day. Gas pressure, combustion, element resistance, sensor drift and board voltages get measured — nothing is swapped on a hunch.

  3. Angled view of a stainless gas range with the oven door lowered and one cooktop burner taken apart

    Price, then repair

You get the part cost and the labour before any work starts. Approve it and most repairs finish the same visit; anything ordered gets a firm date, not "sometime next week".

  • Factory-approved parts On Wolf gas, dual-fuel and induction platforms
  • 2-hour windows Confirmed by text, not an all-day wait
  • $89 service call Credited in full against an approved repair
  • 1-year warranty Parts and labour on every completed repair

In their words

What Redmond kitchens say afterwards

  1. Our wall oven threw a code and locked itself shut mid-roast. He explained what the latch motor does before touching anything, replaced it, and left me a photo of the worn cam.

    Dorian A.Overlake

  2. Oven quit completely partway through a self-clean and the door stayed locked. A thermal fuse had opened, which is apparently the design doing its job. Fuse replaced, latch freed, cleaned up after himself.

    Tadeo L.Redmond Ridge

  3. Biscuits came out scorched on the base and pale on top, whatever rack we used. A probe showed the cavity sitting well above the setting. Recalibrated, and baking has been even since.

Before you call

Questions we get asked first

Anything not covered here, ask on the phone — we would rather answer it than have you guess.

How soon can someone look at a Wolf range in Redmond?

Most Redmond calls booked before noon get a slot the same day or the next morning. Work is carried out 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days, and the phone is answered around the clock. Downtown Redmond, Overlake and Education Hill sit inside the daily route, so those addresses usually see the earliest windows.

My dual-fuel oven bakes cold. Is that the whole control board?

Usually not. A dual-fuel oven running consistently below setpoint is far more often the oven temperature sensor drifting out of tolerance, or a bake element that has opened at one end. Both are single-part repairs. The board is checked, but it is rarely the first suspect.

Do you work on Wolf equipment that is out of warranty?

Yes — most of what we see is eight to twenty years old. Wolf parts availability on the classic gas and dual-fuel platforms is still good, and the sealed burners, igniters, valves and blowers are all serviceable rather than throwaway.

Can you pull a range out of a tight cabinet run without damage?

That is standard on every visit. Kick panels come off, the anti-tip bracket is released properly, and hard floors get protection down before anything moves. Wolf ranges are heavy and the cabinet gap is often under a quarter inch.

What does the visit cost and is it credited?

An $89 service call covers the trip and a full assessment, including gas pressure and combustion checks where relevant. If you approve the repair, that $89 comes off the total in full. You get the repair price before anything is opened up.

Do you carry Wolf parts on the van?

The common failure items, yes: oven sensors, igniters, spark modules, bake and broil elements, halogen lamps, hood blower capacitors and door gaskets for the widespread model families. Gas valves and control boards are ordered against the exact serial number.
